Rai 2 fa il botto con gli Europei di atletica: rete agonizzante chi?

Vi proponiamo "Tele...raccomando", la rubrica di Klaus Davi sul piccolo schermo CHI SALE (Europei di alteltica) Ma veramente Rai 2 è una rete agonizzante come abbiamo letto molto spesso questo inverno nelle cronache televisive? E questa presunta agonia ha condannato il brand di una rete che fu di Giovanni Minoli, Carlo Freccero, Giampaolo Sodano ad essere un malato terminale irrecuperabile? Forse la narrazione diffusa è stata troppo frettolosa e dettata da pregiudizi di una fisiologica diatriba politica, in una parola: Tele Meloni. Il brand Rai 2 è vivo e vegeto e lo dimostrano i dati di sabato sera. Vero, l'Italia ha conseguito sei medaglie e come recitano i comunicati «non era mai successo prima». Ha pagato l'effetto traino delle vittorie straordinarie tra cui la doppietta nei 100 metri con Jacobs-Ali, gli ori di Fabbri e Simonelli, solo per dirne alcuni. Ma se il marchio “Rai 2” fosse veramente defunto, sarebbe difficilmente spiegabile un 14% di share di media con punte di 3 milioni di spettatori. Caso raro si dirà, ma guardando alla stagione invernale appena conclusa buoni ascolti si sono registrati anche con Stefano De Martino e altri format in prima serata. Per non parlare del caso Fiorello che ha rivitalizzato il morning time della rete tanto più che programmi come Tg 2 Europa e Radio 2 social club hanno capitalizzato il tesoretto posizionandosi sopra l'asticella del 5% di share.
