Referendum: Magi, 'Lega vuole abolire firme on line perche ha paura'

Roma, 26 set. (Adnkronos) - “La Lega annuncia che presenterà una proposta di legge per abolire le firme on line: hanno paura della democrazia, hanno paura del voto popolare, hanno paura di chi chiede più diritti. Ma capisco la frustrazione del povero Claudio Borghi: da paladino no euro, ora vede Draghi varcare la soglia di palazzo Chigi e consigliare Giorgia Meloni. Chissà perché la sua premier non chiama lui come consigliere economico. Ah saperlo…”. Lo afferma il segretario di +Europa Riccardo Magi. "Il numero di firme non fu previsto per avere ‘una soglia alta per evitare consultazioni inutili' ma perché una richiesta di 500000 elettori ne garantisce la serietà. Questo risulta dai dibattiti alla costituente. E naturalmente una richiesta di 500000 elettori ha lo stesso peso sia che questi abbiano firmato in un luogo fisico che su piattaforma. La firma digitale vale per gli atti giudiziari, per quelli fiscali e non si capisce perché non dovrebbe valere per firmare una richiesta di referendum. Borghi lasci decidere agli italiani se bere o no il cappuccino e se firmare o meno con Spid i referendum che vogliono”, conclude.
