Russia-Cina: Lavrov, 'in prima linea per nuovo ordine mondiale democratico'

Mosca, 14 mag. (Adnkronos) - Mosca e Pechino vogliono aprire la strada verso un ordine mondiale democratico. Lo ha detto Sergey Lavrov, candidato a ministro degli Esteri russo. "La Cina è diventata un leader globale. Ciò non piace agli Stati Uniti che, insieme ai loro satelliti, hanno messo in ginocchio il resto dell'Occidente, e hanno dichiarato che non possono permettere a nessuno di essere più forte e influente di Washington - ha aggiunto Lavrov in una sessione plenaria del Consiglio della Federazione Russa - Questo è il motivo per cui noi, insieme ai nostri colleghi cinesi, siamo interessati a continuare a essere i leader in termini di sforzi per stabilire un ordine mondiale democratico più giusto". "Naturalmente, Russia e Cina non sono le uniche che vogliono riformare il sistema internazionale e promuovere la creazione di un ordine mondiale multipolare che rifletta il peso reale degli Stati e delle loro associazioni", ha sottolineato Lavrov. "L'Occidente parla di democrazia "solo quando vuole interferire negli affari interni di qualche Paese. Ma sulla scena internazionale rifiuta categoricamente ogni forma di cooperazione paritaria e viola palesemente la Carta delle Nazioni Unite".
