Russia: Cremlino, 'negoziati scambio prigionieri svolti attraverso Fsb e Cia'

Mosca, 2 ago. (Adnkronos) - "I negoziati sullo scambio di prigionieri tra la Russia e i Paesi occidentali si sono svolti principalmente attraverso l'Fsb e la Cia". Lo ha detto il portavoce del Cremlino Dmitry Peskov, spiegando che "questa è stata la linea principale lungo la quale è stato raggiunto l'accordo". "Tutti i dettagli, ovviamente, non possono essere resi pubblici", ha aggiunto il portavoce presidenziale. Quanto al fatto che Putin abbia voluto accogliere di persona i prigionieri al loro rientro in Russia, Peskov ha commentato: “Questo è molto importante. E' un omaggio a quelle persone che servono il loro Paese e che, dopo prove molto difficili, hanno avuto l'opportunità, grazie al duro lavoro di molte, molte persone, di tornare nella loro patria”. Il portavoce del Cremlino ha infine espresso gratitudine al presidente della Bielorussia Alexander Lukashenko per il suo contributo alla realizzazione della complessa catena di scambi di prigionieri.
