"Stato di diritto? Sono inorridito da Giorgia Meloni": caso-Salis, gli insulti di Massimo Giannini

Nell'intervista one to one in onda nella serata di martedì 10 aprile a diMartedì il protagonista è stato l'editorialista di Repubblica, Massimo Giannini. Giovanni Floris gli ha fatto domande che hanno spaziato dalla libertà di stampa ai guai del partito democratico, dal Def alle Europee; poi la discussione è passata al caso di Ilaria Salis, la maestra di Monza detenuta in condizioni disumane nel carcere di Budapest. A quanto pare il governo italiano non può fare molto, come ha spiegato la premier Giorgia Meloni da Bruno Vespa. Floris ha mandato la clip con la dichiarazione della presidente del Consiglio in cui dice: "Vi volevo segnalare che a differenza di quanto si è detto e scritto in Italia, anche in Ungheria c'è l'autonomia dei giudici e i governi non entrano nei processi. Questo non è oggetto di quello di cui io posso parlare oggi con il primo ministro ungherese. Do you know stato di diritto?". "Sono inorridito", ha commentato Massimo Giannini spiegando che il "do you know stato di diritto applicato a un Paese come l'Ungheria - che è sotto accusa in Europa per aver violato lo stato di diritto manipolando la costituzione proprio per mettere la mordacchia ai giudici - è una menzogna". "Ha detto una menzogna", ha ribadito più volte Giannini. "In Ungheria quello stato di diritto non c'è". "Lo rivendica anche Orban quando dice noi siamo una democrazia illiberale", ricorda Floris. "Esatto la democratura", chiude la discussione Giannini. con la sua ultima e inevitabile sentenza. Già, per la firma di Repubblica chi non la pensa come lui incarna una "democratura", da Orban fino a Meloni. Il consueto disco rotto.
