Taiwan, strade già allagate in attesa del tifone Krathon

Il tifone Krathon ha già manifestato i primi segnali al sud di Taiwan con piogge intense e potenti raffiche di vento, allagando le strade e costringendo i residenti a usare sacchi di sabbia per proteggere le loro abitazioni. Il tifone non è ancora approdato definitivamente sull'isola, ma la parte meridionale di Taiwan sta già affrontando un primo forte impatto con il maltempo. Il tifone ha iniziato a provocare disagi sulla costa sud-orientale dell'isola il 30 settembre.
