Ucraina, Podolyak “Offensiva per spingere Mosca a un negoziato giusto”

ROMA (ITALPRESS) – “L'Ucraina non è interessata a occupare territori russi. Questo è ovvio. Perchè l'Ucraina sta conducendo una guerra esclusivamente difensiva, strettamente nel quadro del diritto internazionale… Ma se stiamo parlando di potenziali negoziati – e sottolineo potenziali – dovremo mettere la Federazione russa al tavolo, dal lato opposto. Alle nostre condizioni”. Così Mykhailo Podolyak, consigliere dell'ufficio del presidente ucraino Volodymyr Zelensky, in un post su X.Per Podolyak non c'è intenzione di “implorare” per i negoziati perchè Kiev ha “mezzi di coercizione efficaci”.“Dobbiamo infliggere – ha affermato – significative sconfitte tattiche alla Russia. Nella regione di Kursk, possiamo vedere chiaramente come lo strumento militare venga utilizzato obiettivamente per convincere la Federazione russa a entrare in un giusto processo di negoziazione”. Podolyak ha fatto riferimento anche all'opinione pubblica di Mosca, descrivendo i russi come “spaventati” da quando “la guerra è arrivata sul loro territorio”. “I cambiamenti negativi nello stato psicologico della popolazione russa – ha aggiunto – saranno un altro argomento per l'inizio dei negoziati”. – Foto: Agenzia Fotogramma – (ITALPRESS).
