Ue: Meloni, 'Ecr terzo gruppo ma non piace e su top jobs vecchio meccanismo non vale più'

Roma, 26 giu. (Adnkronos) - "Sono d'accordo con l'onorevole Madia, la ragione per cui c'è un accordo sui top jobs è perché ci sono tre forze politiche numericamente" più forti, "si chiama democrazia". Madia ha parlato di Ppe, socialisti e "liberali come terzo gruppo, ma il terzo partito in Ue è quello dei conservatori. L'onorevole Madia ci sta dicendo quel che ho cercato di spiegare, storicamente avviene questo, vale questo meccanismo. L'onorevole Madia ci conferma un cambio di passo, perché ora si sceglie un'altra cosa, che quel meccanismo non va più bene perché il terzo gruppo ora non piace. Ma sono d'accordo con lei, la democrazia è diversa, è un'altra cosa" e richiede "una scelta che rispecchi l'indicazione dei cittadini". Così la premier Giorgia Meloni nella replica in Aula alla Camera, per le comunicazioni in vista del Consiglio europeo. Quanto all'accusa, mossa dalle dem, di "promesse non mantenute, queste sono cose che giudicano gli italiani, e lo hanno fatto ampliamente fatto nel voto" del 7 e 8 giugno.
