UniCredit: Moody's conferma i rating

Roma, 2 ott. (Adnkronos) - L'agenzia di rating Moody's ha confermato il rating del debito Senior Preferred (non garantito) e dei depositi a lungo termine di UniCredit SpA a Baa1, con outlook stabile. Allo stesso tempo, l'agenzia di rating ha dichiarato che, in caso di acquisizione di Commerzbank da parte di UniCredit, prenderà in considerazione la possibilità di migliorare il rating stand-alone (Baseline Credit Assessment) di UniCredit, attualmente pari a Baa3, a Baa2, un gradino sopra il rating sovrano dell'Italia. Ciò comporterebbe un innalzamento del rating anche per il debito senior non privilegiato e junior.
