Roma, 20 set. (askanews) - La presidente della Commissione europea, Ursula von der Leyen, è arrivata a Kiev per portare il sostegno dell'Europa all'Ucraina con l'avvicinarsi di un inverno difficile, dopo che il sistema energetico ucraino è stato devastato dai bombardamenti russi. "La mia ottava visita a Kiev arriva mentre la stagione del riscaldamento si avvicina e la Russia continua ad attaccare le infrastrutture energetiche", ha scritto su X.
