Zaia: "Faremo ricorso a Corte costituzionale contro Regioni che vogliono abrogare legge Autonomia"

(Agenzia Vista) Veneto, 28 settembre 2024 “Ho firmato la delibera di Giunta con la quale diamo mandato a uno staff di legali per costituirsi presso la Corte costituzionale e impugnare il ricorso delle regioni, tra cui una a statuto speciale, che vogliono abrogare la legge Calderoli sull'autonomia differenziata. L'obiettivo è difendere l'autonomia, difendere il Veneto e tutti coloro che il 22 ottobre 2017, si sono presentati ai seggi per dire che volevano attivare il percorso dell'autonomia. Più del 98% ha detto SÌ alla riforma”. Così il Presidente della Regione del Veneto, Luca Zaia, annuncia il provvedimento firmato in Giunta martedì scorso.
