Nordio sostiene che l’efficienza del sistema giudiziario dipende dal modo in cui lo rendiamo operativo

L'importanza del ruolo dell'avvocato nel sistema giuridico è stata sottolineata dal Ministro della Giustizia, Carlo Nordio, al congresso dell'Aiga a Napoli. Nordio ha annunciato che entro il 2026 il gap di personale giudiziario sarà colmato, grazie in parte agli investimenti in digitalizzazione e ai nuovi professionisti adibiti al supporto delle cancellerie. L'intelligenza artificiale avrà un ruolo significativo, ma non potrà sostituire l'intelligenza e la sensibilità umana del giurista.
