Uno studio condotto da Nomad Foods dimostra che conservare alimenti surgelati a -15°C anziché -18°C può ridurre le emissioni di carbonio senza comprometterne la qualità. L'iniziativa Move to -15°C mira a coinvolgere altri produttori per ridurre l'impatto ambientale.
