Fed non tocca i tassi, sul tavolo ipotesi taglio a settembre

Come nelle previsioni, la Federal Reserve conferma il livello dei tassi di interesse in una forchetta fra il 5,25% e il 5,50%, ai massimi da oltre due decenni. È quanto ha deciso nell'ultimo meeting di luglio, terminato ieri. A questo punto, i riflettori sono tutti puntati su settembre, nell'ultima riunione prima delle elezioni americane, quando la stessa banca centrale Usa non esclude un possibile taglio.
