Unicredit-Commerz, i tedeschi dicono “nein” all’integrazione

La scalata di Unicredit nel capitale di Commerzbank appare sempre più in salita. Mentre la banca italiana, guidata da Andrea Orcel, sembra pronta chiedere alla Bce l'autorizzazione per portare la sua partecipazione dall’attuale 9% fino e oltre il 30%, la banca tedesca non fa più mistero sulla sua posizione in merito ad una fusione italo-tedesca.
