Autonomia: Richetti (Azione), 'riforma non emendabile è forzatura maggioranza'

Roma, 18 giug. (Adnkronos) - "Non c'era nessun bisogno di anticipare la discussione dell'autonomia differenziata. Si tratta di una proposta di legge che non ha scadenza, non di un decreto. E non è la legge di bilancio, ma una proposta di legge ordinaria. Il fatto che il Parlamento non possa emendarla fino in fondo non è solo una forzatura, e non è nemmeno solo un precedente: è tutta la sintesi dell'idea che la maggioranza ha delle istituzioni". Lo ha dichiarato Matteo Richetti, capogruppo di Azione-Per alla Camera, intervenendo oggi in Aula sull'inversione dell'ordine dei lavori chiesto dalla Lega, con l'anticipo dell'esame del ddl sull'autonomia differenziata. "Mentre eravamo in quest'Aula a discutere di autonomia -ha sottolineato Richetti rivolgendosi ai deputati della maggioranza - la settimana scorsa veniva meno il numero legale in Senato sul premierato: vi siete lanciati messaggi di stop and go sullo stato dei lavori tra i due rami del Parlamento. Ma l'assemblea non è un servizio a domanda individuale e la maggioranza non ne dispone come e quando crede. Se l'idea del Parlamento e della funzione dei parlamentari è quella di persone elette dal popolo che possano mettere le mani addosso sui colleghi ma non sui testi di legge, allora stiamo andando verso un punto molto lontano rispetto all'idea di democrazia parlamentare", ha concluso.
