Caos in Bangladesh, è rivolta in strada: la polizia spara sulla folla

Violente manifestazioni in Bangladesh, a Dacca, dove migliaia di persone sono scese in strada per protestare contro il sistema di assegnazione dei posti di lavoro statali. Le dimostrazioni sono iniziate settimane fa e hanno causato la morte di almeno 103 persone, secondo il quotidiano nazionale Prothom Alo. La situazione, infatti, è degenerata quando il governo ha schierato le forze dell'ordine che hanno usato la violenza e sparato sulla folla. Le manifestazioni, indette principalmente da gruppi di studenti, sono contro un sistema di quote che riserva fino al 30% dei posti di lavoro governativi ai parenti dei veterani che hanno combattuto nella guerra di indipendenza del Bangladesh nel 1971.
