Colecistectomia laparoscopica, al congresso Sic relazione del radiologo Gualdi

Roma, 19 set. (Adnkronos Salute) - L'intervento chirurgico mininvasivo per l'asportazione della cistifellea è sempre più diffuso, ma non esclude possibili complicanze. Proprio quelle complicanze sono state studiate dal professor Gianfranco Gualdi, direttore scientifico del servizio di Diagnostica per immagini dell'Istituto di Medicina e scienze dello sport del Coni, che ha raccolto le sue conclusioni in una approfondita relazione dedicata alla “colecistectomia laparoscopica: skills, prevenzione e trattamento multidisciplinare” e che verrà presentata al 126.simo Congresso nazionale della Sic, Società italiana di chirurgia, che si terrà a Roma tra il 13 e il 16 ottobre. Nel suo intervento il professor Gualdi approfondirà le possibili complicanze della colecistectomia laparoscopica con immagini dimostrative delle raccolte fluide, degli ascessi e dei sanguinamenti che possono verificarsi durante o a distanza dell'intervento. Oltre a questo saranno analizzate anche le possibili resezioni delle vie biliari e le lesioni vascolari che possono complicare gli interventi.
