Corsa per salvare i feriti a Gaza, Israele valuta proposta di tregua

Gaza City (Striscia di Gaza) , 4 lug. (askanews) - Nelle immagini della Mezzaluna Rossa palestinese si vede la corsa per soccorrere i feriti e trasportarli in ambulanza verso un ospedale dopo l'ultimo attacco israeliano contro un appartamento residenziale a Gaza City. Con l'aumento del numero di morti e il peggioramento quotidiano delle condizioni degli abitanti di Gaza, crescono le pressioni internazionali affinché entrambe le parti accettino un cessate il fuoco. Israele continua a sostenere che non ci sarà fine alle ostilità finché Hamas non rilascerà tutti gli ostaggi presi durante gli attacchi del 7 ottobre scorso. Ma l'ufficio del primo ministro, Benjamin Netanyahu, ha comunicato di aver ricevuto la risposta di Hamas in merito alla proposta di cessate il fuoco sostenuta dagli Stati Uniti e di star valutando una risposta. Hamas ha dichiarato di essere in comunicazione con funzionari del Qatar, dell'Egitto e della Turchia per arrivare a una mediazione.
