Dai gamberi rossi ai calamari, pesce scaduto nei ristoranti vip di Cortina

Belluno, 26 lug. - (Adnkronos) - I militari della Capitaneria di Venezia, coordinati dal centro controllo Area pesca del Veneto, hanno sequestrato 1400 kg tra prodotti ittici e alimentari scaduti, non tracciati o non etichettati in tre rinomati ristoranti di Cortina d'Ampezzo. Gli operatori della Capitaneria, col personale del servizio di igiene degli alimenti dell'Azienda sanitaria Ulss 1 Dolomiti, ha sequestrato in quantità branzini, ricciole, seppie, calamari, gamberi rossi, polpo, salmone e altri prodotti alimentari non ittici che erano stipati nei congelatori delle cucine vip. Tutti i prodotti risultavano sprovvisti delle informazioni minime di tracciabilità obbligatorie in ogni fase della commercializzazione e con termine minimo o di scadenza già superata. L'attività di sorveglianza nella zona di Cortina ha portato a elevare 8 sanzioni amministrative per un totale di 22.000 euro.
