Ddl Nordio: Dori (Avs), 'destra non pensa ai sindaci ma ai suoi amici condannati'

Roma, 10 lug (Adnkronos) - "La destra non pensa ai sindaci e alla loro presunta paura della firma, piuttosto pensa agli amici già condannati. L'abrogazione del reato di abuso d'ufficio porta con sé anche la cancellazione delle pene già passate in giudicato, secondo il principio della abolitio criminis". Lo ha detto il capogruppo di Avs in commissione Giustizia alla Camera Devis Dori sul Ddl Nordio. "Infatti, il ddl Nordio porta ad un arretramento grave delle tutele dei cittadini, posizionando l'Italia come l'unico paese europeo che non ha il reato d'abuso d'ufficio. Noi ne chiedevamo una riforma, una riscrittura più rigorosa: Nordio ha detto che non ha trovato il modo per riscriverlo e così lo ha abolito: motivazione politica e giuridica risibile”, ha aggiunto.
