Ddl sicurezza: Foti (Fdi), 'via libera Camera entro 16 settembre'

Roma, 1 ago. (Adnkronos) - “Le commissioni Affari costituzionali e Giustizia ultimeranno l'esame del disegno di legge sicurezza la prossima settimana dando il mandato al relatore. Ancora una volta Fratelli d'Italia si conferma al fianco delle Forze dell'Ordine per garantire la sicurezza dei cittadini attraverso l'emendamento bodycam e scongiurando le ritorsioni contro gli agenti riconoscibili attraverso il numero identificativo, non cedendo alle irresponsabili richieste di abrogare il reato di rivolta nelle carceri e garantendo il legittimo diritto di proprietà ai possessori di case o alloggi in caso di occupazione illegale". Lo afferma il capogruppo di Fratelli d'Italia alla Camera, Tommaso Foti. "L'esame del provvedimento in Aula -aggiunge- avverrà con tempi contingentati a settembre sicché lo slittamento a detto mese della discussione generale nulla rileva rispetto alla sua approvazione prevista e confermata nei tempi già ipotizzati e cioè -al più tardi- entro il 16 settembre, per poi passare all'esame del Senato. Altre ricostruzioni al riguardo forse emozioneranno i retroscenisti, ma sono del tutto smentite dai fatti”.
