Ddl sicurezza: Gardini (Fdi), 'misura di civiltà che tutela persone'

Roma, 12 set. (Adnkronos) - "Con l'introduzione del nuovo disegno di legge Sicurezza, il governo Meloni stabilisce che sarà il giudice a valutare caso per caso la pena detentiva per le donne, in particolare per quelle madri o in stato di gravidanza. Le sinistre si mettano l'anima in pace: questa norma non elimina le tutele, ma le rafforza, garantendo una maggiore protezione per la donna e il minore. Si tratta di una misura di civiltà che mira a tutelare la persona e i suoi bisogni, evitando automatismi che non tengano conto delle specifiche situazioni individuali. Rispediamo al mittente le strumentalizzazioni delle opposizioni sempre pronte a criticare l'operato del centrodestra guidato da Fratelli d'Italia che continua a mantenere le promesse fatte agli italiani". Lo dichiara il vicecapogruppo di Fratelli d'Italia alla Camera dei deputati Elisabetta Gardini.
