Dl carceri: Di Biase (Pd), 'bene ok a odg su minori, ma resta deriva securitaria'

Roma, 7 ago. (Adnkronos) - “L'approvazione della Camera dell'ordine del giorno che impegna il governo a rafforzare il sistema della probation minorile e delle misure alternative al carcere, potenziando gli Uffici di servizio sociale per minorenni, i Centri di prima accoglienza, le case e i centri di Comunità, i centri diurni polifunzionali, è certamente una buona notizia. Soprattutto perché favorisce l'ottimale svolgimento delle attività trattamentali, formative e rieducative dei detenuti. Purtroppo, però, ‘una rondine non fa primavera'. Anzi". Così la deputata democratica della commissione Giustizia e della commissione per l'Infanzia e l'adolescenza, Michela Di Biase. "Resta infatti il nostro giudizio fortemente critico sull'intero impianto del Decreto Carcere, e più in generale sulla deriva securitaria che è stata la linea guida dell'intera attività di governo dell'esecutivo Meloni in materia di giustizia. Un indirizzo che trova nel Decreto Caivano il suo massimo fallimento. Si tratta di scelte che, come testimoniano i report dell'Associazione Antigone, non danno risposte al disagio giovanile ma provocano solo un pericoloso aumento della popolazione carceraria minorile”, conclude.
