"Dove finisce la loro libertà". La rivolta di Zaia: legge Calderoli, un siluro su Todde e la sinistra

Esplode la "guerra della legge Calderoli", con Luca Zaia che risponde a distanza alla governatrice di centrosinistra della Sardegna Alessandra Todde. Quest'ultima ieri ha annunciato l'impugnamento della legge sull'autonomia differenziata, "che mina la nostra specialità, che ci danneggia e che rappresenta una minaccia per il principio fondamentale di uguaglianza tra tutti i cittadini", "Noi rispettiamo i ricorsi, siamo vicino al popolo sardo, mi sono sempre battuto perché le autonomie delle due province autonome di Trento e Bolzano e delle regioni a statuto speciale siano difese perché è un presidio di libertà - replica il presidente leghista del Veneto -. Del resto, ricordo che una regione come la Sardegna vive anche il tema dell'insularità e quindi dei collegamenti, di molti disagi, quindi sono veramente convinto che serva l'autonomia a questa regione. Ma se si fa ricorso" contro l'autonomia differenziata "penso che il governo non ha bisogno di difensori e si difenderà davanti alla Corte Costituzionale. Ma il Veneto pensa di essere assolutamente danneggiato dal fatto che qualcuno faccia ricorso contro una legge che permetterebbe a noi di avviare un progetto di autonomia". Per questo, prosegue Zaia, "noi diciamo a tutti che la loro libertà finisce dove inizia la nostra, e la nostra libertà vogliamo che sia rispettata, quindi ci presenteremo in Corte Costiuzionale ad opporci al ricorso della Sardegna". "La regione Sardegna ha deciso di impugnare la legge Calderoli, e vanno assolutamente rispettati i dogmi e i pilastri della democrazia, e uno di questi è il ricorso", prosegue Zaia, ma "una regione a statuto speciale, che non ci rimette nulla dall'approvazione di questa legge Calderoli, che dà avvio al percorso di autonomia", "decide di impugnare" anche se "non si è ancora ben capito quali siano i danni che la legge Calderoli possa fare alla Regione Sardegna visto che di danni ancora non ci sono. Vorrei ricordare a tutti che addirittura per le regioni a Statuto speciale e per le province autonome è previsto che la regione in causa possa chiedere l'applicazione della legge se le conviene oppure no", ha concluso il governatore leghista.
