Drone attacca la casa di Netanyahu, Israele: "La mano dell'Iran". Ore d'ansia: cosa sta per accedere

"L'Iran ha cercato di eliminare il primo ministro Benjamin Netanyahu": la convinzione arriva da fonti israeliane, in particolare da un alto funzionario del governo citato dalla tv Channel 12. Il riferimento è al drone lanciato dal Libano e finito sulla residenza privata del premier israeliano a Cesarea. A confermare l'indiscrezione è stato poi lo stesso Netanyahu. "Gli agenti iraniani che hanno tentato di assassinare me e mia moglie oggi hanno commesso un grave errore - ha scritto sui social -. Ciò non impedirà a me e allo Stato di Israele di continuare la guerra di rinascita contro i nostri nemici per garantire la nostra sicurezza per generazioni". E ancora: "Dico agli iraniani e ai suoi alleati dell'asse del male: chiunque tenti di danneggiare la pace di Israele non può che essere un nemico, chiunque cerchi di fare del male ai cittadini di Israele pagherà un prezzo alto". Se in un primo momento non era ancora sicuro che quella colpita fosse davvero la casa di Netanyahu, successivamente - come riferito da Axios - è stato reso noto che il drone lanciato da Hezbollah dal Libano ha colpito proprio l'abitazione privata del primo ministro israeliano. Ed è la prima volta che viene preso di mira un obiettivo direttamente legato a lui. A preoccupare, adesso, è una possibile escalation, con Israele che potrebbe decidere di attaccare l'Iran quanto prima per vendicarsi. Intanto il ministro degli Esteri turco Hakan Fidan, durante una conferenza stampa congiunta a Istanbul con il suo omologo iraniano Abbas Araghchi, ha detto che "le operazioni militari israeliane in Libano e nella Striscia di Gaza stanno spingendo l'Iran a prendere misure legittime". Fidan, come riportato dal Times of Israel, ha aggiunto che il primo ministro israeliano sta "costantemente aprendo nuovi fronti nella regione" e sta "cercando di trascinare l'Iran in questa guerra". Infine, l'avvertimento: "Non bisogna sottovalutare il rischio che la guerra si estenda all'intera regione".
