Edilizia, Cecconi (PoliMi): "Settore a maggiore emissione"

Milano, 18 apr. - (Adnkronos) - “L'Europa ha iniziato un percorso di decarbonizzazione che porterà il nostro continente a essere carbon free entro il 2050. Il settore delle costruzioni può e deve contribuire moltissimo a questo percorso poiché è, ad oggi, uno dei settori a maggiore emissione”. Lo ha detto Fulvio Re Cecconi, Dipartimento di Architettura, Ingegneria delle Costruzioni Politecnico di Milano, dal palco degli "Stati generali delle ingegnerie digitali - Costruendo il futuro tecnologico di Milano e del Paese", organizzato dall'Ordine degli Ingegneri della Provincia di Milano all'Acquario civico meneghino. “La digitalizzazione dell'ambiente costruito ha reso disponibile una grande mole di dati che ha favorito l'esplosione di strumenti di supporto alle decisioni basate su questi dati” ha sottolineato il professore che durante il suo intervento ha illustrato due strumenti, basati sugli Open Data delle certificazioni energetiche, che sfruttano le potenzialità dell'intelligenza artificiale per creare scenari di retrofit al fine di guidare gli investimenti di riqualificazione del patrimonio scolastico in Regione Lombardia e per calcolare la probabilità di ripagare un investimento nel retrofit energetico di un edificio residenziale in un determinato numero di anni.
