Fine vita: morta in Svizzera donna malata da anni di sclerosi multipla

Milano, 30 lug. (Adnkronos) - Ines (nome di fantasia), la 51enne lombarda, affetta da quasi vent'anni da sclerosi multipla, è morta questa mattina in Svizzera, dove ha avuto accesso al suicidio medicalmente assistito. Lo rende noto l'associazione Luca Coscioni. La donna è stata accompagnata da Claudio Stellari e Matteo D'Angelo, iscritti a 'Soccorso civile', l'associazione che fornisce l'assistenza alle persone che hanno deciso di porre fine alle proprie sofferenze all'estero, e di cui è presidente e responsabile legale Marco Cappato. L'azienda sanitaria locale, alla quale la donna aveva inviato lo scorso maggio la richiesta per poter accedere al suicidio medicalmente assistito, reso legale in Italia dalla sentenza 242 del 2019 (sul caso Cappato-Antoniani), a oggi non ha ancora trasmesso la relazione finale e il parere del comitato etico.
