Giustizia: Costa (Az), 'nessun bavaglio, solo presunzione di innocenza'

Roma, 6 set. (Adnkronos) - "Nessun bavaglio, il contenuto degli atti sarà pubblicabile. Ma ad indagini aperte non saranno pubblicabili le ordinanze dalla A alla Z, centinaia di pagine piene di intercettazioni neanche ancora vagliate dal riesame che può annullarle. E' rispetto della presunzione di innocenza”. Lo scrive su X Enrico Costa, deputato di Azione, a proposito del decreto legislativo approvato dal Cdm che modifica l'articolo 114 del codice di procedura penale, prevedendo il divieto di pubblicazione del testo dell'ordinanza di custodia cautelare finché non siano concluse le indagini preliminari o fino al termine dell'udienza preliminare.
