Guerra nel Csm, così i giudici di sinistra puntano a influenzare le nomine

Ma che reato ha commesso la consigliera del Csm Rosanna Natoli incontrando lo scorso novembre una magistrata, la giudice catanese Maria Fascetto, che mesi prima aveva giudicato in sede disciplinare? Dopo giorni di campagna stampa martellante, nessuno è ancora riuscito ad indicare quale sarebbe l'illecito da parte dell'avvocata siciliana eletta al Csm in quota Fratelli d'Italia. Ascoltando l'audio di questa conversazione, prodotto dall'avvocato Carlo Taormina, difensore della magistrata che di nascosto aveva effettuato la registrazione, non risultano accordi di alcun tipo. Natoli, peraltro, si attribuisce un reato, la violazione del segreto della camera di consiglio, che però non sussiste non avendo rivelato proprio nulla. Il cortocircuito è quanto mai evidente perché Natoli, a causa di questo incontro, si dovrebbe dimettere seduta stante da componente del Csm. Ad incentivare tale bizzarria vi è statala decisione questa settimana del Comitato di presidenza del Csm, presieduto da Fabio Pinelli, di trasmettere l'audio “incriminato” alla Procura di Roma (...)
