Israele: media, 'Netanyahu e Sa'ar d'accordo nel sostituire il capo dell'Idf'

Tel Aviv, 17 set. (Adnkronos) - Il primo ministro israeliano Benjamin Netanyahu e il presidente di New Hope, Gideon Sa'ar, sarebbero d'accordo nella scelta di un nuovo capo di stato maggiore dell'Idf. Lo riferiscono i media israeliani, aggiungendo che Sa'ar verrà nominato ministro della Difesa se Netanyahu licenzierà l'attuale capo della Difesa Yoav Gallant. Sia il quotidiano Haaretz che Ynet affermano che la sostituzione del tenente generale Herzi Halevi fa parte dell'accordo. Tuttavia, Haaretz riferisce che non è ancora chiaro se intendono aspettare che Halevi si dimetta da capo di stato maggiore o costringerlo ad andarsene.
