Israele, Tajani “Ho chiesto prudenza e di evitare escalation”

ROMA (ITALPRESS) – “A nome del G7 ho espresso solidarietà al ministro degli Esteri israeliano per l'attacco di sabato, ma ho anche chiesto prudenza dopo la vittoria militare che hanno ottenuto: l'escalation va evitata sia contro l'Iran sia a Rafah. Ci saranno sanzioni nei confronti di chi ha dato droni agli Houthi e ha utilizzato missili, ma nonostante questo lavoriamo per la de-escalation: gli Stati Uniti interverrebbero in caso di nuovi attacchi contro Israele, ma solo a livello difensivo”. Così il ministro degli Esteri, Antonio Tajani, ospite a Cinque minuti su Rai1. “Se dovesse nascere uno Stato palestinese, in una fase di transizione potrebbe esserci una presenza dell'Onu per garantire un cuscinetto tra Israele e Palestina: in quel caso l'Italia potrebbe inviare truppe sue per garantire pace e stabilità.
