Lea, solo 13 Regioni promosse nel 2022

Milano, 15 lug. (Adnkronos Salute) - Solo 13 Regioni italiane hanno superato nel 2022 l'esame dei Lea, i Livelli essenziali di assistenza. A ottenere almeno la sufficienza (60 punti su 100) in tutte e 3 le macroaree monitorate (area prevenzione, area distrettuale e area ospedaliera), relativamente agli indicatori chiave denominati Core, sono Piemonte, Lombardia, Provincia autonoma di Trento, Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Liguria, Emilia Romagna, Toscana, Umbria, Marche, Lazio, Puglia e Basilicata. La Valle d'Aosta presenta invece un punteggio inferiore alla soglia in tutte e 3 le macroaree. Nell'area prevenzione, oltre alla Valle d'Aosta sono sotto la sufficienza anche Pa di Bolzano, Abruzzo, Molise, Calabria, Sicilia e Sardegna. Calabria, Sicilia e Sardegna, sempre con la Valle d'Aosta, ma anche con la Campania, non la sufficienza nemmeno nell'area distrettuale. E' il giudizio complessivo emerso a Roma dal convegno 'Nuovo Sistema di Garanzia: risultati 2022 e sviluppi futuri'.
