Milano: nuova documentazione medica su Pifferi entra nel processo

Milano, 12 apr. (Adnkronos) - I giudici della corte d'assise di Milano hanno acquisito, su richiesta della difesa, nuova documentazioni medica in cui si dimostra che Alessia Pifferi, a processo con l'accusa di aver lasciato morire di stenti la figlia Diana di soli 18 mesi, aveva - durante l'epoca scolastica - "turbe psichiche e gravi ritardi cognitivi" tanto che la giovane aveva un insegnante di sostegno. Cartella clinica e documenti originali alla cui acquisizione non si sono opposte né la procura, che ha presentato una propria memoria, né la parte civile, ma che per il pm Francesco De Tommasi raccontano "di una donna che non esiste più" e di una imputata priva di patologie che impediscono di riconoscere la sua responsabilità nella morte della figlia.
