Mo: Houthi, 'colpito obiettivo militare a Jaffa con missile ipersonico'

Sana'a, 15 set. (Adnkronos) - Gli Houthi hanno reso noto di aver condotto "un'operazione contro un obiettivo militare" a Jaffa, utilizzando "un nuovo missile balistico ipersonico che è riuscito a raggiungere il suo obiettivo". Il portavoce militare del gruppo yemenita Yahya Saree ha affermato che "abbiamo condotto un'operazione militare di alta qualità mirata a un obiettivo militare nell'area di Jaffa. L'operazione è stata condotta con un nuovo missile balistico ipersonico che è riuscito a raggiungere la sua destinazione. La difesa del nemico non è stata in grado di intercettarlo". Nasruddin Amer, vice capo dell'ufficio stampa degli Houthi, afferma in un post su X che il missile lanciato dallo Yemen ha raggiunto Israele dopo che "20 missili non sono riusciti a intercettarlo", descrivendo l'attacco come "l'inizio". L'Idf ha dichiarato che sono in corso indagini sul tentativo di intercettazione del missile.
