Tel Aviv, 26 lug. (Adnkronos) - Le parole della vicepresidente americana Kamala Harris, che ha affermato che la grave situazione umanitaria a Gaza non può essere ignorata, potrebbe ritardare un accordo sugli ostaggi. Lo ha affermato un funzionario israeliano, riferendosi alle dichiarazioni della Harris, rilasciate dopo aver incontrato il primo ministro Benjamin Netanyahu. "Spero che le cose che la vicepresidente ha detto in una conferenza stampa non vengano interpretate da Hamas come una frattura in via di sviluppo tra Israele e gli Stati Uniti, che ritarderebbe un accordo", ha detto il funzionario. "Non possiamo permetterci di restare insensibili di fronte alla sofferenza e non resterò in silenzio", aveva dichiarato la Harris in una conferenza stampa dopo l'incontro con il primo ministro israeliano.
