Mo: Tajani, 'lavoriamo per pace e stabilità, soluzione 2 Stati'

Roma, 20 mag. (Adnkronos) - Nella riunione a Palazzo Chigi con la premier Giorgia Meloni e i vertici dell'Intelligence "abbiamo fatto un'analisi della situazione e continuiamo a monitorare gli sviluppi anche in tutta l'area del Medio Oriente, dove c'è anche una presenza italiana. Noi continuiamo a lavorare per la stabilità, per la pace e per la soluzione anche della crisi palestinese, con due popoli e due Stati". Lo ha detto il vicepremier e ministro degli Esteri Antonio Tajani, lasciando la sede del governo dopo la riunione convocata a seguito alla morte del presidente iraniano Ebrahim Raisi. "Nei prossimi giorni sarà a Roma il primo ministro dell'Autorità nazionale palestinese, che è anche il ministro degli Esteri: l'ho invitato, incontrerà il presidente del Consiglio e incontrerà me al ministero degli Esteri, quindi procediamo con un'azione veramente a favore della pace. Siamo per il cessate del fuoco, chiediamo la liberazione degli ostaggi, e non siamo a favorevoli dell'attacco a Rafah, ovviamente. Continuiamo a lavorare per trovare una soluzione positiva anche come il G7", dice ancora il responsabile della Farnesina.
