È morto Donald Sutherland, l'attore canadese noto per grandi film come "Quella sporca dozzina", "MASH", "Una squillo per l'ispettore Klute" e "A Venezia... un dicembre rosso shocking". Sutherland, 88 anni, è scomparso oggi, giovedì 20 giugno, a Miami dopo una lunga malattia. Oscar alla carriera, ha collezionato diversi Emmy e Golden Globe nel corso della sua carriera. A renderlo ancora più conosciuto di recente era stato il suo ruolo nei panni del malvagio Presidente Snow di "Hunger Games", la saga distopica tratta dai libri di Suzanne Collins. Ma in molti lo ricordano anche per l'indimenticabile "Casanova" di Federico Fellini, il celebre seduttore veneziano reso con ironica malinconia; e per il suo ruolo da protagonista in "Novecento" di Bernardo Bertolucci accanto a Robert De Niro e Gérard Depardieu. A dare la triste notizia il figlio Kiefer, che sulla piattaforma X ha scritto: "Con il cuore pesante, annuncio che mio padre, Donald Sutherland, è morto. Personalmente lo ritengo uno degli attori più importanti della storia del cinema. Mai scoraggiato da un ruolo, buono, cattivo o brutto. Amava ciò che faceva e faceva ciò che amava, e non si può mai chiedere di più. Una vita ben vissuta". A corredo una foto, in bianco e nero, che lo ritrae bambino accanto al padre.
