Napoli, il finto sms di Poste Italiane: maxi-raggiro, chi finisce in manette

Si fingevano poliziotti e operatori di Poste Italiane i tre uomini accusati per i reati di truffa, sostituzione di persona e accesso abusivo a sistema informatico. Il piccolo gruppo criminale era residente a Napoli e avrebbe truffato almeno 40 persone. Due dei componenti della banda di finti agenti sono finiti in manette in esecuzione di un'ordinanza emessa dal gip del tribunale di Genova mentre il terzo complice è stato denunciato per gli stessi reati in seguito di una perquisizione effettuata nel capoluogo. Ma come agivano i truffatori? I tre uomini adescavano le loro vittime con un sms con cui venivano avvisate di un accesso anomalo sul proprio conto e invitate a cliccare su un link allegato. Cliccando sul link indicato si veniva reindirizzati su una falsa pagina del portale home banking di Poste Italiane, dove era richiesto agli utenti di inserire le credenziali di accesso. Alla scoperta del piano criminale si è giunti in seguito a una complessa indagine condotta dagli investigatori del Centro operativo per la Sicurezza Cibernetica di Genova e di Napoli, coordinati dal Servizio Polizia Postale e per la Sicurezza Cibernetica, con la direzione della procura di Genova. A sporgere denuncia erano stati due cittadini di Genova rimaste vittime della stessa truffa dl sms.
