**Naufragio Palermo: consegnato il nuovo passaporto al capitano, presto lascerà l'Italia**

Santa Flavia (Palermo), 28 ago. (Adnkronos) - E' stato consegnato, come apprende l'Adnkronos, il nuovo passaporto, dopo che il suo era andato perso nel naufragio, al capitano del veliero Bayesian, James Cutfield, indagato per naufragio colposo e omicidio plurimo colposo. Il Comandante che ieri si è avvalso della facoltà di non rispondere davanti al pm della Procura di Termini Imerese (Palermo), dovrebbe lasciare a breve l'Italia per tornare in Spagna, dove vive con la moglie Cristina. La donna lo ha raggiunto nei giorni scorsi per stargli vicino. Come ha detto, durante la conferenza stampa il procuratore capo Ambrogio Cartosio, i componenti dell'equipaggio possono lasciare tutti l'Italia perché "nulla impedisce loro di potere partire". Compreso il capitano Cutfield, che porta ancora evidenti segni del naufragio, con una vistosa ferita al ginocchio che lo costringe a camminare con la stampella.
