**Naufragio Palermo: legali Cutfield, 'il capitano è provato, deciderà domani se rispondere'****

Santa Flavia (Palermo) (Adnkronos) - James Cutfield "è molto provato da tutta questa vicenda". A parlare con l'Adnkronos è l'avvocato Giovanni Rizzuti, che con l'avvocato Aldo Mordiglia (e non Morviglia come scritto in precedenza ndr) difende il capitano del veliero Bayesian. Cutfield, che è accusato di naufragio colposo e omicidio plurimo colposo, sarà interrogato domani mattina dai pm della procura di Termini Imerese. I legali di Cutfield e lo stesso comandante stanno valutando in queste ore se fare rispondere l'indagato davanti ai magistrati della Procura. Il capitano non è ancora a conoscenza degli esiti degli accertamenti fatti fino a questo momento dalla procura guidata da Ambrogio Cartosio. Quindi, i legali faranno una scelta "tecnica", come spiega lo stesso legale. Rizzuti poi, alla domanda se risultano altri avvisi di garanzia, replica: "Non mi risulta che siano stati consegnati fino a questo momento altri avvisi di garanzia.
