Emozioni e lacrime anche per i parenti dell'ex marine americano Paul Whelan, della giornalista Alsu Kurmasheva e di Vladimir Kara-Murza, critico russo del Cremlino e residente negli Stati Uniti, tutti appena liberati e la cui voce è stata udita dalle loro famiglie poco prima del discorso di Biden sullo scambio dei prigionieri con la Russia.
