"Non decidono i magistrati le carriere dei politici": Santanchè, lo schiaffo della Chirico alla sinistra

Si parla del caso di Daniela Santanché da Corrado Formigli a PiazzaPulita, su La7, nella puntata del 18 marzo. "L'autonomia della politica dalla magistratura significa anche che si può fare un passo indietro anche senza una condanna", spiega Annalisa Chirico. Che sottolinea: "Anche questa è autonomia della politica dalla magistratura. Ma non sono i magistrati a decidere le carriere dei politici anche perché tante volte hanno decretato la fine della carriera di un politico e poi lo stesso politico è stato magari assolto. È successo spesso". "Però credo che in questo caso sia Giorgia Meloni che deve decidere, in qualità di presidente del Consiglio e di capo di Fratelli d'Italia", conclude la giornalista. "Deve essere lei a decidere fino a che punto il partito e il governo possono caricarsi di questo caso". Intanto il prossimo 3 aprile, mercoledì, l'aula della Camera discuterà della mozione di sfiducia nei confronti della ministra del Turismo. Il voto dovrebbe invece slittare di qualche giorno, ma nella stessa settimana. È quanto emerso dalla capigruppo della Camera. "M5s è riuscito a far anticipare la mozione di sfiducia nei confronti della ministra Santanchè, indagata per frode sui fondi Covid, mettendola al centro del dibattito parlamentare - ha spiegato Agostino Santillo, vicepresidente del gruppo M5s -.
