Nordio “Sentenza Corte Ue sui migranti mal interpretata dai giudici”

ROMA (ITALPRESS) – “La sentenza della Corte Ue non è stata disapplicata da noi, ma male interpretata dai nostri giudici. La definizione di “paese sicuro” non può spettare alla magistratura, ma è una valutazione esclusivamente politica pur nei parametri del diritto internazionale”. Lo dichiara il ministro della Giustizia Carlo Nordio intervistato da “La Repubblica” sulla decisione dei giudici di Roma che hanno sottoscritto la linea della Corte di giustizia Ue sull'obbligo di non rimandare i migranti in paesi “non sicuri”. Il guardasigilli, poi, continua riferendo che “non ci saranno diktat sui paesi sicuri. La materia è oggetto di approfondimento. Ma è certo che non spetta alla magistratura conferire questa patente, e la sentenza della Corte dice proprio che è compito dello Stato”. “Il governo non vuole imporre un bel niente, se non la regola della separazione dei poteri. Comunque sì, il giudice dev'esser solo la bocca della legge, altrimenti interferisce con il potere legislativo, espressione della volontà popolare, alla quale deve rispondere”. Infine, all'opposizione che chiede le sue dimissioni, risponde: “Hanno tutto il diritto di chiedere quello che credono.
