Open Arms: legale parte civile, 'i minori dovevano essere sbarcati prima, per legge'

Palermo, 20 set. (Adnkronos) - "I minori dovevano sbarcare il 14 agosto 2019 e non il 17 agosto, perché la legge Zampa parla di 'assoluto divieto di respingimento per i minori'. Invece non è stato fatto per tre giorni. Il 14 agosto c'è stato di notte uno scambio tra l'ammiraglio e il capo di gabinetto del ministro Salvini, che dice all'ammiraglio di andare a Trapani o a Taranto, quando erano a 500 metri dalla terraferma. C'erano finalità politiche". Così l'avvocato Armando Sorrentino, legale di parte civile dell'associazione giuristi italiani al processo Open Arms.
