Open Arms: Procura Palermo chiede 6 anni per Salvini, 'per difendere i confini del diritto'

Palermo, 14 set. (Adnkronos) - Il Procuratore aggiunto di Palermo Marzia Sabella, al termine della requisitoria del processo Open Arms, durata circa sette ore, ha chiesto la condanna a sei anni per il ministro Matteo Salvini, accusato di sequestro di persona e di rifiuto di atti d'ufficio. "Ci accingiamo a chiedere la condanna dell'imputato", spiega Sabella, ricordando i 147 migranti parte offesa del processo, "oltre che per difendere i confini del diritto...", ha detto. "Il diniego volontario e consapevole" di Matteo Salvini a concedere il porto ai migranti sulla Open Arms "ha leso la libertà personale di 147 persone per nessuna apprezzabile ragione", ha detto. "In questo processo è mancata la presenza della gran parte delle persone offese, perché anche per potere essere persone offese bisogna nascere nella parte giusta. La maggior parte è irreperibile e non vuole dire che siano criminali, ma significa essere senza casa e senza mezzi".
