Roma, inaugurato il muraleper Michela Murgia, presente Schlein

Roma, 11 lug. (askanews) - Inaugurato a Roma, su un muro della sede del Municipio V, in via di Torre Annunziata, il murales dedicato a Michela Murgia realizzato dalla street-artist Laika. "Ricordatevi come vi pare" c'è scritto, accanto all'immagine della scrittrice scomparsa lo scorso agosto; una frase che riprende il titolo del suo libro postumo. Presente all'inaugurazione, oltre all'artista Laika, anche la segretaria del Pd Elly Schlein. L'opera, un progetto di 100 mq, è stata inaugurata alla presenza del sindaco Roberto Gualtieri, dell'assessore alla Cultura Miguel Gotor, del presidente del Municipio Mauro Caliste. Il murale è il frutto di un incontro tra l'artista Laika, definita come la "Banksy italiana" e Pietro Turano, vicepresidente di Arcigay Roma, con l'intento di omaggiare con un'opera pubblica la scrittrice, scomparsa la scorsa estate, "che è stata in vita ed è ancora per tutte e per tutti - ha detto Turano - un riferimento insostituibile". Presenti anche l'ex presidente della Camera Laura Boldrini (Pd), l'esponente di Sinistra Italiana Marilena Grassadonia, il marito di Murgia Lorenzo Terenzi. Numerosi i cittadini del V Municipio che hanno preso parte all'evento, diversi i sostenitori di Schlein che si è concessa loro per selfie e strette di mano.
