"Suo figlio ha avuto un grave incidente", il finto avvocato e la truffa da 16mila euro a due anziani

Milano, 22 lug. (Adnkronos) - A Milano la polizia ha restituito oltre 16mila euro e una collanina in oro a due anziane, di 77 e 79 anni, che nelle scorse settimane sono rimaste vittime di truffa con la tecnica del finto avvocato da parte di un 44enne pregiudicato bloccato in metropolitana dalla Polmetro. L'analisi del cellulare ha mostrato che si era spostato tra la province di Milano, Monza, Como e Lodi e così, analizzando le denunce, si arrivate alle due vittime alle quali aveva fatto credere che era necessario pagare la parcella a un legale che si stava occupando della difesa di un figlio coinvolto in un grave incidente. A una delle anziane venivano sottratti ben 16.000 euro che aveva per sostenere le spese di un lutto familiare. Il maltolto è stato restituito alle due vittime e il 44enne è stato denunciato.
