Torna Gherardini con la Bellona, borsa iconica, e l'indimenticabile Piattina degli anni '70

A volte ritornano. Non sono soltanto gli ex a ripresentarsi dopo mesi o anni, Anche lo storico brand di pelletteria Gherardini è riapparso a sorpresa durante la Milano Fashion Week con una collezione (Primavera/Estate 2025) che ripercorre i modelli iconici del marchio, come la Bellona (di nome e di fatto) disegnata nel 1967 e l'indimenticabile Piattina degli anni '70 modello apprezzato dalle più giovani per la sua aria sbarazzina. E oggi si ripresentano con un tocco lieve e attuale della designer HaWon Seo. Ovviamente il patrimonio stilistico dell'archivio Gherardini non si tocca, nè si stravolge. Le nuove borse reinterpretano i concetti che le hanno rese famose: eleganza e autenticità artigianale del Made in Italy, mantenendone inalterata l'identità. E il monogramma, tratto distintivo della maison, è valorizzato dall'introduzione del macro-logo ricreato da un effetto optical, nelle tonalità beige e marrone scuro. “L'obiettivo è far rinascere Gherardini – dichiara Riccardo Braccialini, licenziatario esclusivo worldwide del brand - puntando esclusivamente ad accessori che abbiano nella bellezza assoluta il loro filo conduttore e rendendo le collezioni appetibili anche per un pubblico più giovane, senza comprometterne l'essenza di qualità Made in Italy”. Sorprendentemente attuali nel design, Progetto Archivio 2025, Jacquard, Millerighe Essenziale e Softy propongono modelli iconici impiegando materiali come il fine leather grain, la concia naturale, la tela spalmata e il ‘softy', e introducendo dettagli contemporanei, come le chiusure in metallo argentato, gli angoli smussati e la tracolla a catena. I colori richiamano il territorio toscano, nel quale il brand ha le sue radici, riprendendo le tipiche tinte che lo caratterizzano: marble white del marmo di Carrara, olive green delle colline e l'immancabile nero, proposto anche in pelle laccata. Un gran bel lavoro. Il connubio perfetto tra artigianalità e sostenibilità arriva dalla collaborazione con Artisan Fashion, un progetto che collega artigiani africani con brand di lusso a livello globale, supporta le comunità marginalizzate, promuovendo pratiche di economia circolare e offrendo mentorship ai brand emergenti. Per Gherardini le artigiane kenyote danno vita a una borsa in edizione limitata anch'essa ispirata al modello iconico proveniente dall'archivio storico del brand. Questa collaborazione non solo celebra il savoir-faire artigianale ma rafforza anche il valore della moda sostenibile e responsabile.
