Trasporti, Bitetti: "Necessità di ulteriori risorse per transizione digitale ed energetica"

Roma, 16 apr. (Adnkronos) - “Lo studio di Asstra è molto interessante e consegna uno scenario nel quale c'è necessità di ulteriori risorse per lo sviluppo degli investimenti relativi alla transizione digitale ed energetica. Tutto questo però deve necessariamente accompagnarsi alla necessità di rendere i contratti di servizio maggiormente flessibili per consentire anche in corsa alle aziende di sviluppare dei progetti di investimento”. Così Bruno Bitetti Managing partner Studio Massimo Malena & Associati e consulente di Asstra, a margine del XVIII Convegno Nazionale di Asstra in corso a Roma. “Necessario – ha continuato il Managing partner Studio Massimo Malena & Associati - rendere maggiormente remunerativo ed attrattivo il settore. In questa ottica è importante il lavoro che sta sviluppando l'Autorità di Regolazione dei Trasporti nel procedimento di revisione della delibera sull'affidamento dei contratti di servizio. Tutto ciò senza dimenticare il ruolo delle tariffe che, sempre da un'indagine condotto dall'autorità di regolazioni trasporti recentemente, misura il gap che il settore in Italia registra rispetto al resto d'Europa”.
